Busy trenching in our complex was looking at going with Level-7.

Know 2 families that are with them and don't have issues.

Want to go with 20/2 line from them.
Going to be 2 PC's gaming online...netflix running and then YT/FB running all at once on some occasions.

Will this be sufficient and can people who are with them share their thouhts?

Can't comment on the ISP, but I have a 20/2 line through Vox and it handles everything. During the day it's 2 work laptops on VPNs, 2 phones, sometimes 2 tablets, and a PC streaming Netflix after school. I play at night when nobody is on or awake and it's absolutely fine.

Level-7 support is mostly great and they are small enough that you'll get to someone when you call. Best way of knowing a company is calling support and finding out how they are. We've had them for 3 years now, not on Fibre but instead on their wireless network and our experience has been amazing over other ISP's. I've sent emails late and would get replies they also quick to fix problems on their end I mean on the 24/10/2020 it was raining heavy and I was experiencing packet loss, I was gathering traceroutes but got side tracked. They sent out this email.

Know a few friends that are Level-7 clients and some are very pedantic. I have not heard any complaints from them in fact, they are happy and some praise the support team. Their pricing is also not to bad.
