I just felt I had to come here and RANT

I blew a speaker in my Lexus.

So I phoned them up - they asked me to bring my car in -

They replaced the speaker at their cost and gave me a loan lexus so I could carry on with my day without transport issues.

The level of service I experienced their, especially from Clifford (service manager) is unlike anything I have ever experienced before.


So, BIG UP to Lexus Fourways.
