You can always hope for the Dalaran port world drop trinket. It can drop from any mob in Northrend. My advice would be to start in either BT or HF and kill all the mobs you see (do the quests there while you're at it). If it hasn't dropped go to the other starting area and try there. If it still hasn't dropped go to Dragonblight and kill all the mobs there.

LOL my drood has had dalaran his home since 20. The answer for that is easy you can port anywhere u want from there, even tanaris.

and yes I saw the lithe and now has a 80 Undead Shadow Priest ( no I dont wanna heal)

and a 80 Drood (and I still dont wanna heal)

but as my Lock was my virst toon I will level her to 80 in due time just not right now but wanna go to dalaran to get her ALC up

By which time, you will be level 74 and thus ready for the Dalaran quest which allows you to go there.

You don't need a mage for a portal There are several other ways to get into dalaran.
1. Mage portal
2. Warlock Summon
3. Battle ground queue (any friend of yours level 70-79, can invite you to a group, go to the battle ground portals in Dalaran, join your GROUP up for a battle ground, when you enter the battle ground and exit again you exit at the point where you were signed up i.e. Dalaran)
4. Quest at level 74
5. Get to level 77 and fly up
