LG 42LD650 42" LCD TV problem

Hi Guys

I have a LG 42LD650 42" LCD TV, yesterday when i came home and turned it on nothing happened, The front panel light was just blinking constantly and the panel does not turn on (like its on a standby mode with no picture or sound what so ever)

I removed it from the wall unit and tried another power source same thing, anyone know whats wrong with it or how to fix it.

My guess its the bust power supply (but i know nothing about TV's) i also dont think its under warranty anymore and in any case i probably don't have the slip anymore so i don't know......Helppppppp please

Ok so one of my work colleagues recommended that i must try and get the TV to these guys "Cape Town Electronics"they are the Service Agents for LG Electronics Consumer Goods Western Cape.
Has anyone ever dealt with them or had work done there, any comments will be helpful or even any other suggestions
