if its the same LG i saw at Game last weekend that is a great deal.
it was by far the best looking picture over the Samsungs and Sony's aswell. The best thing would be to go and have a look for yourself.

Right so its installed....man that is a big TV for the price 
Testing went as follows - DSTV (SD only sorry) Image was clear as it is going to get on a SD signal, did not see any motion blur or tears. Watched some sport on it this morning (WRC) was impressed with the fact that it did not blur any action. Obviously the closer you are to the TV the more "blocky" the image will be, I was watching from about 2 meters away and did not notice it.
Xbox - connected to the TV via VGA....WHAT AN EXPERIANCE. Guitar Hero on this monster is probably the best experience I have had yet, somehow the game got easier
PS3 - Connected via HDMI. Clarity is amazing. I played a game of Uncharted and imaging was crisp, exact same quality on my smaller 32" LG. Also watched a movie on it through the PS3 (streamed from PC) and this as well was a crisp image, obviously this all depends on the resolution of your video file.
I am very impressed with this purchase and would definitely recommend it to my mates, and would buy another if I had the money.

So I went and bought one as well. Very nice, no motion blur, great blacks and the Avatar blu ray is awesome on it!
