LG 42PA4500 Plasma

I have a LG 42PA4500 Plasma HD TV and although I am rally happy with the set and image quality, I have one problem.

Watching Hulu from the PC (GT210 Card) connected via HDMI, I can not adjust the aspect ratio to anything other than 16:9 which squashes everything, or 4:3 which leaves a large border around the whole image.

I have googled and it seems that the TV knows the signal comes from the PC. Also the resolution on the PC will only look decent at the native resolution 1024x768.

Shall I make peace with this and try to get used to the stretched image until I can upgrade my TV set?

For the record, XBMC running from the same PC will give me a perfect aspect ratio after doing the video calibration.

Perhaps get a Hulu addon for XBMC?

That would be ideal, but with my current ISP I can't use DNS settings to bypass region restrictions so I'm stuck with Hola Unblocker.

So? What's stopping you from switching your ISP?

I use a wireless ISP and apart from that little niggle I am very happy with them. I could swop my router for a dd-wrt capable router and setup a vpn I guess?
