LG aspect ratio ?

Any help appreciated , my big screen has decided to stretch peoples faces , thin and tall. Rugby players have skinny legs !
Cricket score is now missing the left hand side. Tv3 logo top right corner is just visible.
7de Laan english is only the top line now.
Setting is 16:9. Tried all the others without success.

Seems to have started when we played a dvd through a connected machine ?

Try change your TV's aspect ratio to standard or normal mode instead of 16:9?

Gone through all 6 options 3 or 6 times. 16.9 is best but not right ?
