**LG R560 XP Downgrade Help**

I'm trying to downgrade an LG R560 from Windows 7 to Windows XP. I'm using a Windows XP SP3 OEM CD, which has always worked on other laptops, to perform the downgrade.

Just as the driver load completes, BSOD - STOP 0x0000007B error is returned.

I know that it probaby has something to do with the storage device's drivers, but I can't find anything on LG's website.

Any help, ideas will be appreciated.

Hmmm, problem solved. Changed the drive type in the BIOS from SATA to IDE and this solved the issue.

It is strange, because it has always worked with SATA drives up until now.
