I've been using the V40 for a few weeks now, and it has really exceeded my expectations! Battery life isn't too bad, as I usually get between 5 - 6 hours of SOT, and that includes gaming. Security updates aren't great, but that is probably on Vodacom, because the US variants (Verizon) have been getting monthly updates. They're currently on the December security patch. Also, the vibration motor on this device is fantastic! Whenever my phone rings, while it's on a desk/countertop, I just let it ring for a little bit longer to listen to the sound and vibrations. It's silly, but it's so satisfying
