Hi Guys
Non-computer type person here, please help!
My pc went into automatic sleep earlier (Win10)
when I woke it up my open programs all had the mouse pointer making circles, so I closed everything down.
Now my G502 is scrolling through the RGB colours, which it doesn't usually do and my DPI custom setting has changed to the baseline one.
When I try open LG Hub I get the above error message.
It seems the same error is preventing me from uninstalling the software, and if I try reinstalling from the downloaded file it says
'this software already exists, open lg hub to install updates'
Making lockdown just a little less fun..
