Yup.

Agh please. Get off your high horse. The OP had no issue paying his fine. The issue was with the systems not being online when he wanted to pay the fine and then, not registering that he had a fine in the first place.

We've got a place here called "Traffline". You pay a once off fee (R100 or something) and you get notified a month in advance. Also they send you the amount due for your licence disc, so you eft, send them proof of residence and 4-5 days later you go and collect your new disc. Easy.
