I applied online and paid Paycity to renew my Vehicle License Disc.
Paycity has informed me that my License Disc has been already been renewed - but NOT by myself.
What must I do now as someone else has fraudulently re-newed my Vehicle License Disc?
Please can someone advise what I must I must do now?

Go to the licensing office and ask for a re-print of the disc

You first need to rule out mistakes before you start to panic, forget about Paycity and try to do the renewal yourself, start at the Post Office.

Do you have any reason to suspect foul play? Did you buy the car used at some dodgy dealer or anything like that?

You can try using the Natis site directly https://online.natis.gov.za/#/home to view the renewal status… it might be able to give you some details or you can call them.
