Lies all lies! This must have been and poll only open to telkom employees and threatening their jobs...

sadly, i think this was the official verdict of the myadsl study (last year?)

however, telkom do have the unfair advantage due to their fixed-line broadband infrastructure... cheaper and more reliable to provide these services. nobody else can really compete on this basis alone.

Hard not to be the best if you're the only fixed line operator available. I don't even see most of the other services as broadband in any case. So to me they are the best, but also the only 1. But as the only broadband solution, they are also the worst

Perhaps a survey should also be done to see who is the worst Fixed line ADSL provider in South Africa. Put that on the front page of MyADSL, so that the Telkom Best ADSL provider link can point to that as well.
