I've never bought from LITB, but the post office always send me SMSs when my Wish orders are ready for collection.

Depending on your luck you will get an SMS or collection slip delivered to your house.
Just note post office (yes post office , this is not Sars for Duty or VAT) will probably charge you 26 odd rand per parcel.
