Lightning connectors

Has anyone bought connectors? And where? Seeing plenty locally online, but not sure if genuine.

Looking for genuine Apple, unless you have experience with a certian generic one that you can confirm works.

zadock seems to have some decent quality 3rd party connectors. Check the dealers section. I've also see DX.com now stock 3rd party, but I have no idea what the quality is like.
 
I got this one from a guy in Sandton - R140 well spent
It works like a charm and quality is great - yes it is Chinese but it works well and it is good built...



Eish - only saw now that you in CT...
This guy is selling these on gumtree as well as bidorbuy and he is verified seller so you can buy and get it delivered...
 
.. I have them in stock, they work pretty well on the iPhone 5 ipod touch and iPad mini, feels genuine, but it isn't, its a quality generic, and holds well in the device.
 
Saw lightning cables for R120 at China Town, Ottery, Cape Town if anyone wants down here. I didn't get as don't think I need right now and also personally think for a generic they should be a little less than that.
 
IC, iStore amd Dion wired have the original. Its R329,95 if im not mistaken.
 
Hi,

Do your Lightning to 30 pin cables (0.2) work with docks. I got one from TikTok and it does not charge my iPhone 5 and cannot play music through the iHome when connected.

All generics are not the same...some are absolute crap. Go have a look at Amazon reviews.

No full online catalogue yet, but I am working on setting up a website and a newsletter. Right now you can pm or email me with your needs..
And I absolutely agree with you.. there's a ton of generics out there and on some the quality is atrocious. Mines are generic but the look and feel is pretty much the same as the original. And all those sold and tested so far work perfectly.

I will test one with a speaker dock that I have and respond.. but I'm guessing it should work fine.

Doesn't work with my iluv dock.... accessory "not supported"

Works perfect with a new Phillips dock, both charging and syncing.

With a normal 30pin cable it works perfectly for both too. .
 
Apple obviously always warns about using genuine parts and accessories, however, these accessories to work. Must be the iHome dock as I just checked, and the cable works in my car, but not on my 2 docks.

Guess I will have to wait for the new lightning docks or go bluetooth....

I don't see genuine Apple lightning connectors/adapters on your site? Can you post the link please.
