Any suggestions for Lightning suppression for 3G/ HSPA/ LTE external antennas would be appreciated.

Equipment will be Huawei B880-73, 2x cross polarized Poynting LPDA 0092, on 6m mast.

You will need in-line lightning protection products from a RF electronics supplier. Such devices are quite common for normal amateur radio.
