Eskom has issued a public notice threatening to cut off power to the City of Ekurhuleni in March over its mounting R3.8 billion electricity bill. The city disagrees.

Why do eskom even bother threatening.. Courts will just tell them to turn it all back on.

If the power to Eskom is cut residents should 'cut' their payments to CoE and use the money for solar.
