Limit Internet Access

I need to stop my son abusing the Internet!
How can I:

• Prevent him from playing online games?
• Download files over a certain size? This must not prevent automatic downloads like anti-virus and Windows updates
• Prevent him viewing videos (you tube etc)

Unplug the router and take it to work.

Without those things, there's hardly any point to your son having internet

Have a look at OpenDns, allows you to create a filter to block sites like Youtube and much more..
