Dr Victor Strasburger of the University of New Mexico, the lead author of a new policy document from the American Academy of Pediatrics, claimed that all 14-year-old boys with an internet connection in their bedroom would be looking at pornography online.
Under the advice, a two-hour limit should be imposed on using the internet for entertainment, including Facebook, Twitter, television and films.
The recommendation came as a poll suggested almost two in five babies have used a mobile phone or tablet computer before they can even string a sentence together.
So is he saying we should limit to teenagers to just 2 hours of pornography per evening?
