Hi All

We have had isolated instances where users are experiencing Limited connectivity issues after going from Docking station / LAN to Wifi .
We also have the reverse where users are getting limited connectivity on LAN connections when coming from Wifi.
We also have some users that seem to work fine on Wifi at home and then after a while get limited connectivity on their home network wifi and are unable to connect via Wifi at home for extended times until the problem seems to fix itself .

PCs are corporate PCs so does receive some Global Policies.
NAC was recently implemented but some users experienced the problem prior to NAC rollout (Although they would have probably started receiving GPUPDATES relating to NAC prior to implementation ).

Anyone experienced similar issues and maybe found the reason and permanent fix ?

The issue almost certainly seems related to NAC, specifically because the issue exists at home as well.. Start there.. Remove all NAC policies from a specific laptop and see if the situation improves..

Try running ipconfig /flushdns on an hourly basis and see if that helps. Sounds like you may be having DNS issues.

This, and if this doesn't work,

do:

-ipconfig /flushdns
-ipconfig /registerdns
-ipconfig /release
-ipconfig /renew
-netsh winsock reset

in this order

You need to troubleshoot the problem when it is occurring.
When it occurs
Can you ping your default gateway
do you get dns (do sites resolve correctly)
do a wireshark and attempt to connect to something, check the packets if there is a redirection occuring
run a traceroute to an internet site

define limited connectivity
