Limited signal MTN

Me, Last week has been so bad me and my wife both get emergency only or no network access ? flipping ridiculous MTN sort it out!
 
I am in Sandton and during the week my E220 F@stlink Modem dashboard reflect 0.0 for both download and upload. Amazingly, when I use my cellphone as a modem during this period it works like a charm.

Can someone please explain or come to my rescue.
