Limiting Grabbit Download Speeds

Is there any way I can limit my grabbit download speeds to automatically slow down to a set amount during set times of the day when I know the other users are active and then to say allow full speed at night when everyone is sleeping. I want to auto limit speeds during certain times of the day, any way I can do this in grabbit, or is their any program which could force grabbit to limit itself.
