I'm currently looking to move into the Linden area. Please can I get some advice regarding the area from residents around the following and more:
- Safety
- Traffic
- Shopping
- Property value
- Schools
- Etc

I have done quite abit of research but there's nothing better than advise from current residents

Not the worst crime area in joburg, decent schools in the vicinity, although my experience is a few years old now. Rent there, maybe, but don't buy unless you have to. Far better places in SA to roll the dice on property.

Linden is kinda like Blairgowrie brother to me. Linden has a nice selection of restaurants and coffee shops and its pretty close to other places.

Years ago my friend woke up in the morning with guys pushing his golf down the road I don't think his gate worked or he got drunk the night before and forgot to close the gate lol. I would say crime is opportunistic but not much different to other areas such as craighall and blairgowrie etc.
