I recently took my car for service for 135 000km and they told me that my car has a rattling sound.
I asked what is it? and they told me that I must bring it back so they can check it the car is already there and you are servicing it and you telling me that I must bring it back again? why am I servicing my car at the dealership if they cannot tell me what's wrong with my car? who is going to pay for this diagnosis?
