What’s the easiest way to cancel a line and what’s the notice period? I’m emigrating so won’t need a new line. But need to cancel current one in the next couple of weeks.

Thanks.

Hi. Just cancel via Coolzone. It's a calendar months notice.

Sorry to piggy back off this, but didn't want to create a new thread.

I've cancelled my line but the cancellation will only happen on the 31st of Oct. I have a tenant moving into the house on the 1st of October though that will need their own internet, would they be able to sign up with an ISP or do they need to wait until after the 31st?

Hi there, so if the line cancellation is only happening at the end of October, it means the line will still be usable until that time.
You can feel free to share your PPPoE details with the new tenant, should they have their own router.

But unfortunately they will have to wait out the cancellation period before being able to order their own link.

Thank you, that's fine as well. Where can I get my PPPoE details?

No problem, you can find them in your client portal Services --> My Services --> Click on product in question.
Alternatively, please DM me your account email, for me to provide it to you :)
