Line Cancellation

I thought that would be an easy process and I should have notice end of last month.
I wasn't expecting the level of service from AH.


I contacted the support team regarding the cancellation not the following month end.
 
Hope you assist @AfriNatic the date for service cancellation was missed, the cancellation request notice should've been on 31 March.

ClientZone showing cancellation date as 31 May.
I need line to be release on 30 April for new isp to take over.
