The disciples of satan have stolen cables in my business' area (Hennopspark, Centurion) 2.5 weeks back. Telkom aledges they have in the meantime replaced the cable but my premises have been left without connectivity since then. The Telkom technician now states that he does not know how my line can be fixed again. Is there anyone that knows anything about something that can say how I should progress with Telkom from here as the 10217 call centre is just referring me to the technician that has in turn no plan ? The *******s have me in their clutches as there is no alternative (I seem to lie within a Neotel signal doldrum). What can I do ?
