Line down with SADV?

Oh man, here’s hoping it comes back up soon!

I was wondering why the coolzone portal and their site was down this morning as well.
 
So I just got home and saw the message on my phone "internet may not be available ".. go downstairs to reboot router, but i see the red light .. saw that there was an outage earlier today but their network status page says it's been resolved? Try to get hold of a rep, but they're all gone home while i dont have internet. Sigh. So it's another DDOS attack? I'm on century city connect.
 
If you have a red light on the ont its unlikely to be the ddos attack. Would log a ticket with cisp. More likely to be a line issue.

I have no service or broadband light on my ONT. I’m guessing I actually have a line issue now.

Well the red light was on the router, not the ONT. but I got my service back up and running like 30 min later after restarting the router and ONT
