Line install in 21 hrs

I am absolutely shocked at the moment,
Dealt ALOT with Telkom the last 5 years, ordering & cancelling lines etc, ADSL & Tel lines.

I ordered a new bus line at 12:29 yesterday, and it was installed and operational at 08h35 this morning. !!!!!!

Is telkom finally becoming a world class provider?

I hope so

If all goes well when I get home today I will have DSL should all go well I will only have been waiting 1 year, 11 months and 12 days.
