Hi Guys
I have been having issues with my internet the past few weeks, Whenever anyone would browse the internet or stream a video my Teamspeak would clutch out, this is entirely new and has never happened before on the same line/ISP. Last night however I started having issues with Dota 2/WoW. Latency is higher than it should be and I time out quite frequently.
My question at the end of the day is should I log a fault with telkom or am I missing something?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
I used the linetool provided on the forums to test my line, here are the results of the 3rd run, previous runs had 30% packet loss and 36%:
Zertop's "Is it my Line" Results
Basic Report:
Your packet loss was 13 percent.
Your average ping was 101ms.
Your maximum ping was 111ms.
You seem to have some packet loss. This indicates an issue on the line.
Looking at your average ping, there is definitely something wrong with your line
Detailed Report
