So my gran decided to give you guys a try as an ISP but have been without internet since the 28th for Feb.
@PBCool can you advise why this is taking so long, spoke to support and they said they are still waiting for Vumatel to transfer the line but seriously can't take that long to get a line migrated!
We submitted all our details to support on the 11th of Feb already and they are still offline.
