Can someone tell me how I explain to telkom that I have line noise. I can connect to the internet, if I ping websites it timesout or drops 3 of 4 packets, if not all. Telkom techy says there's nothing wrong. If I pick up my telephone there's a loud buzz. Is there some app or way to demonstrate to the techy that its not my pc but the line? Its so frustrating dealing with Telkom!
