Telkom has not bothered to help me in regard to my landline and adsl line being out of order in Roodepoort , hopefully someone will be able to help here

Helkom strikes in Roodepoort

Line outage in Roodepoort for close to 2 weeks now, absolutely pathetic service from telkom, no exact answers given by call centre or their PATHETIC twitter team, nothing seems to be done about it , just telkom beating around the bush and lying to paying customers as per usual , no internet line and and no landline , perfect service , exactly what I ordered
