Line Relocation

I logged a request for line relocation on the 25th June but nobody from Afrihost has contacted me to get this done. The internet is running at my old place and I am spending money on data bundles in my new place. I tried contacting Evotel but they said someone from Afrihost should contact me. When I contact Afrihost they now log it with Evotel. #227510 I still have no internet by where I actually live now. What do I do?
 
Ya so the problem is Evotel, they just not doing anything since the request was logged with them.
 
And they mailed me this but this is what they said on the 25th already but nobody ever contacts me to take next steps to get this sorted

So you signed up on evotels side for an Afrihost service? Seems the API's for orders does not work both ways.

Should have just used the relocate button in clientzone and the other service at the old adress would have been stopped at the end of the month you wanted to relocate, no more billing until your new service is installed and activated.
