Line rental from one ISP + data from another?

Hi all,

As in title, would it be possible to use Telkom's data service, but paying line rental to Axxess? Not sure if this has been done or if it can't. Clarification would be appreciated, as I'm thinking of changing from Axxess to Telkom. (4mb line, Telkom's 20gb is cheaper.)

Yes, unless the account is port-locked to a specific port you should not have any problems.
