I have a question, I've been reading the Telkom website now, seeing that I need to install ADSL lines in my new property, and NOWHERE can I see in the terms and conditions that Line Rental MUST be taken out if you want ADSL lines. Am I missing something or is Telkom just taking a fat chance in selling you the one with the other? Basically, what I am looking for is where it is in black and white that I have to take basic line rental if I want ADSL internet.
any comments? Suggestions etc? I am going to a telkom branch tonight (with the printed terms and conditions) and see what they tell me. Any tips will be appreciated.
