line speed degrades

I got a new 2mb line installed a few months ago, recently it was transferred to Afrihost.

Since the move I've noticed after a few hours the line goes from a 8 to a 1.5mb line

this is when I restart the router, after a few hours it goes to this

Any Idea how to get this fixed?
