Line speed ugrade and downgrade cost

Hi

Given all the specials at the moment, it makes sense to upgrade for the next few months at least. :) What does Telkom charge for line speed upgrades and line speed downgrades?

Upgrades are free. Downgrades usually hav a cost. Not sure what though.
