So in short I want to upgrade my line from 4mb to 10mb, I'm with MWEB.
I was declined due to the exchange not supporting 10mb yet my friend that stays 200m away from me got called from MWEB offering him 10mb and he took it without any problems. We are on the same exchange as well so I would really like to know how on earth does that work or do you need to speak to someone that will be able to make some sort of plan?
Also does the timing of the upgrade make a big difference due to a near full capacity exchange or not really?
