with an uncapped solution, is the line speed inversely proportional to the number of concurrent connections? eg 1 session = 512kb/s but 2 sessions = 256kb/s each side? sounds like that would be a fair and logical implementation

Most uncapped accounts doesn't allow concurrent connections. I think Screamers allow 2 concurrent connections on their uncapped accounts, but then you will probably be limited to half of the maximum speed on both connections - like you've explained as 'inversely proportional'
