Line Stats - Erratic

Hi,

I've been experiencing some really erratic line stats for a while now and I'm on 10Mbps (supposed to be) although line speed has synced as low as 2.5Mbps within the last two weeks.

Any idea what could be causing this?

Another update. Sync is even lower now but with similar stats on the line. Really don't understand it.
