Just wanna know if anyone else also gets this. I'm not very technical, so just hang in there when I explain.
I had my ADSL line installed in November last year and was given a Ethernet modem (Not the Marconi modems now on offer).
Problem is, the Line Sync light flashes often on the modem, causing no traffic to come through.
I've reported this about 16 times now and every time I'm told the line is fine. I also had a Telkom technician out at the house to come and check and he also said nothing is wrong. I'm on the 792 exchange (Randburg, Northwold).
Any clues?
