Line upgrade deserves Cap increase :P

Now that telkom doubled 192k lines to 384 i think they should upgrade our caps from 3Gb to 6GB
Whot u guys think?

I think it should be uncapped 24/7 no matter what line you have. Also, the line rental should be scrapped.

I would be happy with a 10GB cap. But a 30GB would be shweat
But ofc we are stuck with a massive 3GB caps....

Telkom caps would increase if Telkom employees had to use their own products. Maybe we should take them to court, bribe the judge and have hom order telkom to set caps for its employees too

In the last 3 weeks I called Telkom's Centre more then 50 times, been called back from an independent company doing surveys about Telkom's credibility, my answer to all the questions was, "incompetency".

About the increase in the cap, in one of my conversations with a (finally) decent person working at Telkom (I suggested that she should make a move now before she's labeled incompetent as well cause after all she works for Telkom) she said that she could not disclose much information but, the cap was being revised and sooner then we expect the results were going to be surprisingly positive.

/me wonders if the cap is going to be increased from 3 to 3 and 1/2 gigs

30GB minimum cap at least! Its not a finite resource so i dunno why they can just facking give it too us. Although I have been doing many GB's/m with the telkom 3GB relaxed/

I've said this before and was told its unlikely... well... the average amount one gets out of their 3gig packages is around 10gigs plus. i would not be surprised if they bump it up to 10gig and hardcap on the dot. I sometimes get out about 16 - 20gigs on a good month, but never less than 10gig...

10 gigs would be a decent cap to start with...That allows as much browsing as you want as well as a fair amount of downloading/streaming/gaming/other bandwidth-intensive activity.
