Line upgrade vs account upgrade

This is a question regarding the Telkom line upgrades.

Will our subscriptions be upgraded automatically aswell?

For example, I am on 4mbit line + 4mbit account with MWEB. When the line goes up to 10mbit, will my subscription go up to 10mbit as well or will I land up with a 10mbit line but still only getting 4mbit because my subscription is 4mbit?

Some ISPs have already listed up to 10mbit products for their uncapped - and they're more expensive.

I don't see why prepaid / month to month capped products would be throttled to a 4mbit max.

And your ISP will then offer you a 10Mbps product to match your 10Mbps line; at an appropriate price, of course!
