Line upgraded, however...

Whats up guys, so today im surfing facebook ect ect and then my routers internet light goes red and im disconnected, so i think ok ive just lost sync or something no biggy, its now about 8 hours later and still this red light plagues me, but...i then went into my router settings and see that my line is syncing at 7007kbps upstream download and 656kbps upload.

So this discovery was pretty cool since it means ive been upgraded and that must have something to do with me not being able to connect and why my internet light is red whilst everything else is perfect, so, my question is what should i do? im a noob at this stuff and dunno whether i should phone mweb or telkom or just wait...ive reset my router and still no luck.

Shot for the help, boks won so all in all a sick day :)
 
Hmm u lucky bugger!
Check that your router is ADSL 2+ compatible (Although it should be, seeing as though it's syncing at 7Mb)

Make sure you have a 10MB account with MWEB, it may be trying to connect at 7MB, but your MWEB account is only 4MB.
That's just a long shot though, not sure if it will make a difference.

If all else fails, give Telkom a call on 0800 375 375 and ask them what's happening...

Ooops that speed is wrong your line has been up graded but there is a problem pls downgrade to a 6mg
