Link Africa builds, owns and operates Fibre Optic Networks in South Africa’s major cities. These networks are comprised of metropolitan backbone networks, access networks as well as the last mile to the end customer, commonly referred to as Fibre-to-the-Premises (FTTP).
Link Africa aims to be South Africa’s largest provider of enabling Open Access telecommunications infrastructure and platforms for the cost effective delivery of high speed broadband services to all.
Link Africa operates fibre optic network infrastructure on an Open Access Network (OAN) basis. An OAN separates physical access to the network from service provisioning.
