link to telkom slow

since yesterday afternoon (6pm'ish) my latency to telkom is extremely bad. only seems to be to the saix network so i assume it is some sort of peering link problem anybody knows if there is a problem somewhere?

Peering problem, MTN is using a failover link to SAIX due to exchange problems with Telkom and there is heavy congestion at the moment.
