I am in JHB on the 704 exchange in Jukskei Park/Douglasdale Randburg. My ADSL link has been going up and down for approximately the last 3 hours.
It seems the PPoE stays connected and my sattelite VPN connection stays on. It looks like there is something wrong at the exchange. My IRC connection is connected but it it comes thru in lagged bursts as the link goes up and down.
Is anyone else experiencing similar problems? I dialed my oh so trusty 56k modem up to make this post.
