Hi, I'm trying to extend the range of my wireless internet by using two WRT54GL routers.
My DSL modem is a duoPlus 300WR. I want to connect the one WRT to the router via either a lan cable or wireless (preferred) and then connect the other WRT by wireless to extend the wireless dsl signal to other rooms in the house. The WRT's are running v23 SP2. I've tried everything that I know of but with no luck.

Any help would be appreciated.

I'm assuming DD-WRT? Configuring the first one should be easy enough, you might have to put the DSL modem into passthrough mode if it isn't already and set the PPPOE settings on the WRT54GL to configure your ADSL settings.

I'll have a quick look in my configurations to determine whether the DD-WRT firmware does wifi extension.

Followup: The DD-WRT I have has a section for WDS configuration at the right side of the Wireless setup menu. Seems simple enough and there is a help section with good details.
