Liqui Moly Engine Flush

Looking for this specific product and perhaps some engine oil.

This is a last resort to try resisitate a dying BMW. D--st--ealer want to charge close to R5000 for a flush and oil change!! :wtf:

Who stocks this stuff? Would love to go to a Midas or similar and pick up everything I need in one visit.
